Important Note:
We work exclusively on the basis of the ADSp (German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions) and – insofar as these do not apply to the provision of logistics services – in accordance with the latest version of the Logistics General Terms and Conditions, taking into account the ADR and GGV.
Note: In Clause 23, the ADSp deviate from the statutory maximum liability for damage to goods (Section 431 HGB) by limiting liability to 2 SDR/kg for multimodal transports involving sea carriage and where the place of damage is unknown. Furthermore, the standard liability of 8.33 SDR/kg is additionally limited to EUR 1.25 million per claim and EUR 2.5 million per event, but at least 2 SDR/kg.

The storage of goods is at the expense and risk of the client and is not insured without a separate order.
We have taken out liability insurance at standard market conditions through AKTIV ASSEKURANZ MAKLER GmbH.
