We work exclusively on the basis of the ADSp (German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions) and – insofar as these do not apply to the provision of logistics services – in accordance with the latest version of the Logistics General Terms and Conditions, taking into account the ADR and GGV.
Section 23 of the ADSp limits the statutory liability for damage to goods according to § 431 HGB (German Commercial Code) in the amount of 8.33 SDR/kg per claim or per damage event to 1 million or 2 million euros or 2 SDR/kg, whichever is higher, and in the case of multimodal transport including sea transport generally to 2 SDR/kg.

The storage of goods is at the expense and risk of the client and is not insured without a separate order.
We have taken out liability insurance at standard market conditions through AKTIV ASSEKURANZ MAKLER GmbH.
