In the course of technical changes, we decided some time ago to switch to electronic invoicing. This gives you the option of not receiving your freight invoices from us by post as usual, but as a PDF document attached to an email. In this way, we want to make a further contribution to protecting our environment and fulfilling the requirements of our environmental audits.

If you are not yet using this service, you can download a declaration of consent here, which we ask you to complete and return to us by e-mail. As an additional benefit, we also offer the electronic dispatch of your carrier’s certificates for VAT purposes.

As the use of a qualified signature has no longer been required by law for some time, we will no longer be sending a qualified signature from the end of August 2017. Please also inform your Finance department about this so that your incoming invoice can continue to be processed correctly.
