Current situation in the Middle East
Due to the current situation in the Middle East, some seaports and airports are no longer being served or are only being served to a limited extent. To ensure the safety of your cargo, ships traveling to and from the Far East are being diverted via the Cape of Good Hope due to the ongoing situation in the Red Sea.
This is already leading to longer transit times and corresponding rate surcharges. It is to be expected that the recent military actions in this region will lead to further tensions in sea and air freight.
Please note that all additional costs and schedule changes due to the situation will be charged to the goods and communicated by us in a timely manner.
We are monitoring developments very closely together with our partners and will keep you informed.
